Review:
Anti-virus is a sci-fi/horror film remember Brandon Cronenberg, David Cronenberg children. This is a beautifully shot film with a great premise, but it just did not click me completely. The film follows Syd March, a man who worked for a company that catches the diseases of celebrities and then inject them into paying customers. Sounds pretty messed up right? To put it in context in the real world, you'd go to a company and intentionally injected Britney Spears getting a cold sore. It gets even weirder when they went to the regeneration of the celebrities who made the steak. Yes, you read that right. There is a butcher shop that specializes in growing cells, celebrities, and sell them to you so you can eat. This is a very original story, which plays a society obsessed with the culture of the star, and turned his ear. I like the idea of ​​this film, but it's moving too slow paced. There are a few minor twists and essentially no activity, which makes the film feel more slow slow. Anti-virus is not a fun movie (no humor, no action, not scary), and definitely not for everyone. This is a beautiful shot of the film, even if it is curved, it is always best to check. Every shot, well designed and made to order. The use of white gives a very clean and very effective hygiene. Limited amount of violence expertly done, I just wish I had more it.Caleb Landry Jones (Banshee X-Men First Class) is a star, it is basically limited to the narrative, and it is in almost every scene. He is doing a good job and have a bright future. Actor Malcolm McDowell is long and hes good as ever. She seems to have settled into the role of an actor's name, the loan that name, which helps small image. Anti-virus is a very original story, and beautiful to look at, but it's just a dull boy.
