Review:
Standalone sequel is haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia could be much worse. Photo courtesy bizarre spectacle, some old-fashioned frights and work quite reasonable and appropriate atmosphere to fit the model. I think the title should just be Ghosts of Georgia because it has no connection to the first film and not even based in Connecticut, it seems, blonde ; st cash grab decision. The new story is based on real events purposively because WYRICK family and even made a television. Reenactment film called anyone in Georgia, I have not seen but now I'm interested. Dealt with the back-story of what is happening with paranormal disturbances in a non hard-hitting and was not successful. The story / script just a few gaps and flaws that held back the movie and performances were not true or were normal but believable.The, great. Abigail Spenser WYRICK plays Lisa, a mother and wife are struggling to see the gift passed down and talk to the dead, her sister and daughter also seems likely these gifts. Abigail was the highlight of a lackluster horror and making the most of the weight and the script only limited success. Chad Michael Murray plays the father Andy and gives performance WYRICK pretty bland and not much of a part. Katee Sack Hoff of Battlestar Galactica fame playing Lisa's sister, Joyce WYRICK, is the gift of seeing the dead too. Katee gives a lively performance as the character Chad was not a huge role, even though she is one of the more memorable moments in the film, thread a needle is coming out of your mouth. Emily Alyn Lind WYRICK Heidi plays the young daughter Lisa WYRICK, begins to show signs of contact with the dead. She surprised herself as she plays one of important roles in the film. All in all the performances were OK but their lack of depth and charisma.Director script, Tom Elkins is also a film editor and the first as an editor for several other horror films, especially the superior sequel White Noise, White Noise 2: The Light. Tom seems like a talented editor, but as a first time Director has some learning to do what horror movie looks like it should on ABC Family. The only strong direction with this film, the content should be more powerful. Writer David Coggeshall only writing for television shows before as watching over me short lived series. Things good ghost story is the true story aspect of the film, but it was not David Coggeshall to good use and create and vague.Overall something uninspired, forget waded ur in the beginning of the movie title and just go with ghosts Georgia because no sequel The Haunting in Connecticut, totally different story. It was funny at the end of one of the family picture is actually based on the movie to see. The real story is probably much more interesting and terrifying than the actual film being presented. The film was a tiny moments of creepiness and intrigue with grotesque imagery, but the pacing was slow, it was free to scare most, do not benefit from the ; ields news and the most unoriginal affair. Unnecessary and pointless sequel is not really a sequel.
