Review:
When this movie first came out in 1980, I remember going to see it opening night. Terrorism that I have experience in watching Shining is enough to make me go to sleep with the lights on every night for a whole summer. This movie scared me to death, that's what happened when I was hired to review the video. I saw The Shining at least six or seven times, and I still believe that it is simultaneously and paradoxically, one of the good movie but afraid most fun I've ever seen. Scary because the use of extremely effective from a distance to create a sense of isolation, a convex lens to enhance the surreal image , and meticulously recorded music to bring the voltage level on the unbearable reality.
